Fire Cupping is a decompression therapy that helps improve flow dynamics to an affected area. During fire cupping, fire is used to create a vacuum in glass cupping jars that are placed over the affected muscles. The negative pressure created helps improve circulation to the area. We use dynamic decompression where oil is applied to the skin and the cups are manipulated to glide over a larger surface of skin and over various related muscle groups to achieve the most therapeutic effect.
